  9. In doing some research on Model-View-Controller techniques, I've come across an
  10. unresolved pointer.  On page 30 of "An Introduction to Object-Oriented
  11. Programming and Smalltalk," Drs. Lewis J. Pinson and Richard S. Wiener write
  12. that:

  14.     "[a] book describing the MVC triad and how to develop graphics-based
  15.     applications will be published by Addison-Wesley in 1988."

  17. Unfortunately, they don't list the title or author although, from context, it
  18. might have been written by Adele Goldberg, author of "Smalltalk-80: The
  19. Interactive Programming Environment" and other Smalltalk-80 books.

  21. I called Addison-Wesley, and the best they could do was to tell me that
  22. Goldberg is scheduled for another book in a couple of years, but nothing new
  23. was shipped in 1988 or later.  I also left messages for Pinson and Wiener, but
  24. one's out for the summer and the other's on sabatical.

  26. Does this book exist, or is it just another case of vaporware?
